The NCCareers and Career Development Plan (CDP) Training Course teaches Career Development Coordinators(CDCs) and Counselors how to use the NCcareers.org Career Development Plan Builder to create personalized career development plans. Participants learn how to guide students through self-assessments, explore careers that align with their interests and abilities, select education and training pathways, set short- and long-term career goals, and document their progress in using the Career Development Plan Builder.
