In this session, high school Agricultural Education teachers will receive a high-level overview of data from 2025-2026 and learn about the data tracking processes for 2026-2027.
In this session, High School Agricultural Education teachers will review State and National FFA Updates, review the calendar of events at the federation, regional, and state levels, as well as review expectations from WCPSS Central Services team as it relates to FFA participation at the high school level. Time will be given for FFA advisors to complete the letter of intent for the CTSO stipend and complete a plan of work to earn the stipend.
All high school Agricultural Education teachersshould plan to attend this informative session with Senior Administrator Chad Holloman to learn more about CTE updates related to budget, program planning, and district updates for the 2026-2027 school year. Time will also be given for regional conversations on field trip approvals, best practices, resources, etc.
All high school Agricultural Education teachers should plan to attend this informative session with Chan Broome to learn more about instructional resources related to the pathway user guide, NCFFA resources, and other local resources available to this PLC. PLC time will be given after lunch to put these instructional resources into practice.
In this session, high school Animal Science teachers will work through the NCFFA Animals in Schools resource and compare/contrast this with the authoritative source which is the WCPSS Animals in Schools Policy and Regulations. All high school Animal Science teachers should attend this session.
