In this session, Jessica Willett will work with teachers on understanding the new credentials, how to get students certified, and review areas of improvement related to credential attainment in 2025/2026.
In this session, teachers will hear from Rod Lykins from SkillsUSA on chapter basics, advantages to starting a chapter, and receive support on starting a chapter. Advisors will also have time to plan SkillsUSA activities for the year and complete the CTSO Stipend letter of intent, required for the CTSO Stipend.
All HS T and I (Automotive/Collision Repair, Drafting, and Adv.Man/Log) teachers should plan to attend this informative session with Senior Administrator Chad Holloman to learn more about CTE updates related to budget, program planning, and district updates for the 2026-2027 school year.
In this session, teachers will work to explore the new credentials for their courses and determine ways to improve credential attainment from the previous year. Course material/content will also be reviewed, as needed, and determined by the teachers.
