Nicole Hill, Career Development Coordinator (CDC), at Wake Early College of Health and Science (WECHS) in Raleigh is a member of the School Improvement Team, Intervention and Leadership Teams, and serves as the CTE Department Chair. She has been in the CDC role for 5 years. Prior to this position, she was the Health Science teacher at Wake Early College of Health and Sciences since August 2013.
Other roles Nicole has taken on include serving as a Co-Facilitator for the WCPSS CTE Health Science Career Advisory Team (CAT). WECHS After School Program Site Coordinator, American Red Cross Club Advisor, HOSA Co-Advisor, and Chick-fil-A Leader Academy Advisor. In addition, Mrs. Hill has served as an instructor at NCSU and instructional consultant with ECU. She has written curriculum for the Poe Center for Health Education, Wake County Public School System, and Duke LEARN.
She has a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, and a bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education. She received her National Board Certification in 2014 and is a Certified Health Education Specialist.
